Lise has been working with Dr Georgius as his personal assistant and practice manager since he opened his consulting suites in 2011.
Initially, Lise spent many years in the retail and hospitality industries. She then went on to university to further her horizons but found her niche in administration. Prior to working in healthcare, she did a stint at her old school in the marketing department and worked in reception implementing the dreaded
absentee SMS system!

How it started

Not only is Lise proficient with most office-related software applications and medical software, but she also has superpowers in problem-solving and oragnisation. She plays daily Tetris with the appointment schedule, juggling multiple appointments and ensuring that patients are seen as soon as humanly possible. She also enjoys trouble shooting and is the resident office IT helpdesk. Lise is very hard working, reliable and happy to help the team whenever she is needed. She prides herself on ensuring that the practice is efficient and well organised.

Being Dr Georgius’s personal assistant, she also organises his many speaking engagements and reminds him (read: “cracks the whip”) of the multitude of administration tasks he needs to complete. Lise loves good food and wine, travelling and spending time with her sons and grandchildren.

Fun fact: Lise enjoys her morning walks – on her treadmill and in her pyjamas.
