Emily is our newest team member, and very much appreciated for her calm voice and gentle manner! She is usually the first point of contact with the practice and she strives to ensure that patients feel welcome and listened to. Emily is highly efficient, reliable, friendly and hard working. She is a master at using our medical software and very competent with most office-related software
applications.
Emily has extensive experience working in various reception roles in Brisbane, Canada and London. She has been working in medical administration for the last six years and really enjoys being the friendly face at front reception. She moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2019 and found her place with PainRehab in 2022.
Emily loves being outdoors in nature. She has a passion for travelling and spending time with her husband, two children and Bruce, their border collie.
Fun fact: Emily has taught her dog to sing Happy Birthday (and has a video to prove it!).
