— Who we are

How it started

She began her career as a Neonatal and Paediatric cardiac nurse at the Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane and went on to complete a Cardio-thoracic Nursing Certificate, working in cardiothoracic intensive care and high acuity areas, caring for neonates, children and adult parents for much of her career. Her Clinical Research experience was gained whilst residing in London and working as a
research nurse at the Guys Drug Research Unit.

Fun Facts: More than anything Annette loves walking on the beach, swimming and building sandcastles with her beautiful grandchildren. She visited the USSR and East Berlin before the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and travel remains a passion. Her grandfather was the “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son” and thought to have healing and psychic powers – she likes to think she has a few of those powers.
